  2. PHYSICIAN CONSULTATION: You are advised to consult with a licensed physician before starting any new exercise or nutritional protocol, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or are using prescribed medications (e.g., GLP-1 agonists).

  3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training. Soma Physiology is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may result from your use of our services or tools.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
